Excellent, thorough, friendly service. Clear communication about my cars issues and my options for repair. Awesome options for reviewing repair quote/service online but they also spoke with me about it on the phone. I always feel like I have no idea what’s happening at the mechanic because I’m not knowledgeable about cars but Dana’s shop made me feel like I was making an informed choice and at the end of the day I felt I could trust them fully! I am satisfied with the outcome of my repairs and will definitely return for all future car maintenance.

Business owner was SUPER friendly and helpful in person. He made a temporary quick safety fix when I first came in. However, when I came in for my appointment, the office staffer was grumpy and rather unpleasant, and the estimate supplied by the owner included ONLY the labor (who does that?) and not the parts, tax etc., so the actual price was almost DOUBLE the estimate.
