Dana and his crew took the best imaginable care of our cars for 21 years, until we moved away from the area. We took his advice, and our cars lasted a long time. We never needed much serious work, mostly routine maintenance, but the price was right and we always got our service done the same day. Where we live now, we're satisfied with our service, but it’s not like Dana. One in a million.

As a newcomer from Europe, I faced many difficulties in the Californian used car market. However, after contacting Dana Meyer Auto Care in Albany, I soon felt relieved: service advisors Jen and Luis are very patient, and the technicians are competent and helpful. So far they seem to be a stable and reliable point in the ocean of Californian traffic. They are highly recommended!

We had excellent service on a difficult issue to diagnose and fix. In the end the careful work done by Dana’s mechanics solved the problem and saved us a lot of money. They are honest, fair and do an excellent job. We highly recommend them!

I had a noise with my serpentine belt and wasn't sure which pulley was the issue. Initially I went to Steve's auto shop but he was retiring and recommended Dana Meyer. I spoke mostly with Jen and she was super nice along with everyone else. They quickly diagnosed the issue (worn down and leaking water pump) and did the repairs in a day. Didn't feel talked down to at all nor that they were trying to upsell anything. In fact they were very transparent about pricing and it felt very honest. Genuinely nice people. I feel very lucky that all the parts were available for my repair and I definitely intend to come back as things come up for my aging car. Highly highly recommend!
