Front desk staff and transparency were excellent. The only reason there was not five stars was a miscommunication or misunderstanding about closing time. I was called and told that my car was ready in the morning. I told a staff member that I would be there before 5:30, which was their closing time. I arrived at 5:25, but the front desk person seemed upset that I had not come earlier. She stated that everyone had gone home, but that they had had to wait for me. She was not rude, but she seemed impatient and abrupt. if there is a preference that customers come earlier, please tell them this. Otherwise, it’s unprofessional to project frustration on the customers when they’ve done nothing wrong. I will definitely be going back, and this was a minor blip in otherwise outstanding transparency, communication about the work, and performance.
