We used Dana Meyer recently for the first time. After we moved to the East Bay we were looking for a car repair shop that we would trust as much as our old shop on the Peninsula. We tried a few other places that were ok, but we were 100% satisfied with the service we received at Dana Meyer. The repairs were done quckjly, communication along the way was perfect and the price was reasonable.What I liked very much is that they really only charge the actual time that they worked on the vehicle instead of charging a flat rate based on the type of repair as many of the dealerships will do. Highly recommended !

Brought my 2009 Subaru in to get the serpentine belt replaced and was greeted with professional and friendly staff. In addition they offered a complimentary look at the vehicle as a whole and found a couple small issues that I was not aware of. Overall I would highly recommend and will be coming back when I need them in the future.

I went in to do a regular oil change, and also a check-up for the screeches on my brakes. I was worried that the brake is wearing thin. They told me the brakes are still pretty solid, and screech was because it is too new, in a sense. That was pretty reassuring to know. What's surprising, and motivate me to write this review is that, they see my windshield washer containing has a hole, and just went ahead and fixed it for me. Also, the front bumper is missing a screw, and the end is popping out a bit, and they fixed it for me. No extra charge. If it were not for them, I probably would have to replace the windshield container, and go to body-shop to have that repaired. So I am very grateful for their thorough and careful service. And needless to say, friendly and efficient service and communications. Would strongly recommend to my friends.

Dana Meyer Auto Care is a business I trust. I know they take good care of my automobile and won't overprice me. They also warn me of future issues and costs to expect. I highly recommend this business; they are friendly, reliable and trustworthy people.
