I’ve been going to Dana for over 20 years and it’s a pleasure to work with him. Previous bad experiences at other mechanics are distant memories and bringing my car in to Dana is a relief rather than a dread. I’ve referred many friends and they’re all happy too. Whether he’s working on my ancient Saturn (1997!) or my partner’s fancy sports car, Dana brings care and presence. Very fun to talk to as well, since he’s an inspiring guy. Oh, and very reasonable prices - upfront and communicative about all details, so no unpleasant surprises. An all-round solid experience.

I have a 2001 Eurovan that I’ve been taking to Dana Meyer for several years now. Mostly it’s just an a oil change here and there. This time an oil/filter and a transmission service. They do good and thorough work and I will always consider them my ‘go to’ auto mechanics.

Very smooth process. Friendly staff at the front desk, and very reasonable price. They also finished the work on time. So I will come back again. What's above was from my first visit, and now I have been there twice more since then. I feel very lucky to have picked this shop in the first place. They really (like, REALLY) care for their customers!! You will see it yourself after reading the episode below :) After my very smooth and pleasant annual car service today, I was advised to replace my tires ASAP. They told me they do tire replacement as well but it would be more expensive than doing directly with a tire center, so they recommended a couple of places to me (Don's tire services and Costco). Don's tire was amazingly professional and friendly when I paid them a visit for an estimate, although in the end I decided to go with Costco due to the more affordable price. Since Costco does not offer wheel alignment, I called Dana Meyer to see if they can do it for me after the new tire installation. They were again very honest and said it will have to be done in a different store and the time cost will be hard to predict. After hanging up, I put this aside and was going to look for other options later tonight. One hour after my call, however, Dana Meyer called me back, just wanted to offer the good stores they have found for me to do the wheel alignment. That was indeed surprising, in the best way possible for an auto care shop. I am gonna keep coming back for car service as long as I still live around the area :)

Came recommended by a friend and I'm glad they did. Dana and his crew were able to fit me in on short notice, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my 80's era truck. Great service and great communication throughout!

Fast, friendly, and professional service. I'll be taking my car here for the foreseeable future. The signage isn't great, so be sure to drive in on the right side, not the left, or just park out front.

Amazing service and fast turnaround. They were able to see me in advance of my appointment and communicated very clearly what to expect. The person who assisted in checking me in was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience.
