I've been taking my cars, new and used, to Dana for years: always the same great service. My car is out of warranty now, though they told me what a good job the deal did, I'm still taking my 2016 Prius to DMA: it's that kind of honest assessments that I have come to expect from them. I took my Honda Odyssey van in for a second opinion after the Honda dealer gave me a laundry list of issues I should fix. Cat, at Dana Meyer, explained all the items line by line and why they were not necessary at this time. They provide excellent service at awesome prices. I highly recommend their service.

I took my car in for an oil change and tune up and was so happy with my service. Cat took care of me, talked me through all the details, gave me prices up front and spoke very honestly about costs and labor. My car was ready the same day and they were very good with their communication. I will be going back for all of my car service needs.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time - it's overdue. Dana Meyer Auto Care has been taking care of my '68 Bug for years, and they go beyond excellent. They were so good with my Bug that I stopped taking my Lexus to the dealership, and Dana Meyer has done an excellent job with my Lexus as well! I can't say enough good things about this place. Cat works the front and is an excellent resource for parts for my Bug. She problem-solves my parts issues for my Bug, has contacts all over the place, gets the parts delivered promptly, and my car is put together with all the right materials, which isn't easy nowadays as Bugs begin to slowly disappear from the streets due to attrition. There was once a failure with a specific part (it had to be ordered practically across the country) but a leak in a rubber part for the stick-shift developed, and I took it back (the part was just defective, no blame on Dana) and they fixed it for free no problems, no arguments; they got a replacement part (from another resource elsewhere) for the leak in rubber material, and got the car working properly by end of day. Awesome! I usually request David to work on my Bug, and he always puts it back into optimal working condition. They have a great team, and they don't shame you, and their prices are reasonable. They just do a great job, and that's what we all need for our cars, 'specially if you're intimidated by auto matters/problems/are just plain sick of dealerships ripping you off, and so if you're looking for a good spot to take your car, or are just saddened by the prospect of dealerships jacking you on price & performance, take your car to Dana. Dana has the old school attitude when it comes to customer service and relaying trust. What you want when considering work to be done on one of your most prized possessions. Go see Dana!!

Glad to have found a local auto shop for my car. Pricing was fair, service was straightforward and cost was as quoted. I appreciated the customer care from Cat and the quick turnaround. I loom forward to coming back again for regular car maintenance for our Lexus and our Mazda.

I've been taking my Mazda 2002 Protege5 to Dana since 2007. I still have the car and it's in good shape with regular servicing there. Labor is on the high end of $, but the work they do is quality. You get what you pay for. I've even bought my own higher end parts and they had no problem installing them. Don't forget to tell them you're a AAA member to get the 10% discount on labor. Oh yeah, they have two women working there and I enjoy being able to talk to another women in a car shop. They take the time to explain everything and I feel good about that. Shop is very clean and organized. Thanks!
