These folks are the best - always on time, do what they say they'll do, give you an estimate of the work before you leave your car, and do top notch work for the amount quoted. Oh yes, they also go the extra mile if you happen to be in a crisis situation, as I recently was.

Just honest, kind people who care for and respect one another and that same respect and care translates to customer relations. The vehicle actually runs better after they touched it than before. They are centrally located and along the BART line. My only fear is the rash of Karen's that try to take advantage of kind people. These people deserve kind customers.

Admittedly I have not used this business but I had a fantastic interaction with them. Called them needing to install a catalytic converter shield as soon as possible. They were out of stock at the time with my car's model but referred me to a nearby muffler business that was also fantastic and able to take care of my issue the same day. The person at Dana Meyer that I spoke with was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. I'll definitely be taking my car in to Dana Meyer Auto Care in the future.

Jen was great over the phone, as a new customer I wasn’t sure what to expect. She helped me out by calling to confirm receipt of my car from the tow truck, and made sure I was aware of what repairs were needed and when my car would be ready. When I picked up my car, Jen and Pat were both welcoming and professional. I got all the info on my car’s systems check and they easily processed payment. Prices are reasonable and I’m glad I called Dana Meyer Auto Care. My car looks great and the repairs were finished quickly. Service: General repairs & maintenance
