I've taken my car to this shop for over ten years. It's an enormous feeling of security to know they do everything right and don't overcharge. I'm really grateful to Dana, Cat, Jen and the guy whose name I don't know who cleaned the inside of my car after an oil change better than it's ever been cleaned. It's a pleasure to deal with this business.

My car needed a new engine but the car was too old. Dana Meyer did not charge for the assessment. Thank you!!!

I have been getting my 2007 Toyota 4Runner and 2011 Toyota Sienna serviced at Dana Meyer for many years now, and it is one of the businesses I trust most to do honest, high quality work, at a reasonable price. Dana and his mechanics have saved me literally thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs over this time frame. For example, a few years ago, one of the Toyota dealerships informed me that my 4Runner needed $2,000+ in various repairs. I took it to Dana Meyer for a 2nd opinion and they said I merely needed to rotate my tires. Earlier this year, my engine was misfiring badly and Dana's mechanics could only narrow the problem to a specific cylinder (#2, I believe, per the vehicle's computer). To isolate this problem, they swapped some of the components in cylinder #2, with those in cylinder #3, to determine whether the problem was due to the cylinder itself, or the components (i.e., the piston and its sub-components). Low and behold..., the problem I was experiencing went away completely as a result of this reconfiguration. Apparently, I must have had some loose parts in cylinder #2, but not defective parts. What I thought would be a substantial repair only ended-up costing $200 to $300. I could go on and on... But know this, you will get excellent, timely, high quality service; and you will never be solicited to do any unnecessary repairs at Dana Meyer. Oh..., and my latest brake repair... It was diagnosed and fixed in one day, including a full replacement of the front rotors. In fact, Dana's team anticipated the rotors were probably completely worn down, so they had the parts pre-ordered and ready to be delivered to their service center in ~1 hr. I had assumed the same prior to dropping off my vehicle, but worse, I feared those rotors might be sitting on some container ship, waiting to be unloaded, off the coast of CA. Service: Brakes
