How do you keep from getting ripped off?

Do you ever tell customers they don’t need repairs?

Yes! This is what differentiates us from dealerships. We will give a complete list of everything that we see during our inspection, and give a prioritized time line of what needs to be done tailored to the customer’s driving habits. Therefore all of our oil services come with a comprehensive inspection, we believe preventative maintenance saves you money in the long run.

Do you warranty your repair work? How does that benefit your customers?

Our warranty exceeds industry standards of 1 year, 12,000 miles. We warranty our repairs for 2 years, or 24,000 miles. We strive to never have a customer back twice for the same problem, but exceptions to the rule exist.

Do you offer quick check-ups/inspections of my weird noises or my check engine light?

Inspections for intermittent and/or out of the ordinary noises we can put a tech in the car with you to take a road test together! That way your concern is identified right, the first time. But for most other constant  noises and check engine lights we will need diagnostic time to assess the vehicle.

Will you vacuum my car after it’s been serviced?

Of course! Just one more part to show our attention to detail. With every oil service, we leave your vehicle cleaner than how we found it.
