Excellent service, wonderful staff, excellent work, fast.

I went here because three friends recommended Dana and his team. I had been going to a home garage mechanic for the last 30 plus years and was very nervous about going to a big shop. I know a fair amount about car repair. They did a great job with a difficult problem. I strongly feel they are honest and straightforward. I'd definitely go back for other problems. They really take care of you in a 'best practices' sort of way. Without asking, they did a 23 point check and found I needed new belts. Very useful. Jen and the office crew are great. Later, I went back to get a free check on the car's ECU monitors which I really appreciated. My one demur is that because I'm very budget conscious, I wish they'd talk to me about putting in a new thermostat before they did it. They put it in as 'best practices' in that current thermostat had likely blown out. They did stick to the upper limit of my budget, for which I'm grateful.

We took our 2005 Accord in for a long overdue servicing and to fix a couple of annoying issues with dashboard lights and the trunk latch. The mechanic took care of everything effectively and efficiently. The person we dealt with the most, Cat, was great - knowledgeable and polite. The younger woman at the front desk, not so much. Dana Meyer Auto Care is not cheap, but they are very honest and provide reliable service.

Dana Meyer Auto care provides quality and honest service. This is the first auto shop that I've been to that gave me an estimate, completed the work sooner than anticipated, and the final cost was actually less than the estimate. They've prepared me in advance for upcoming major services and given me an estimate on those services months in advance, allowing me to budget accurately and confidently. They've always been friendly and patient with all of my questions. There's a reason they're so highly rated!
